An 89-year-old Ohio woman faces a charge of petty theft because neighborhood children say she refused to give back their football.
Edna Jester was placed under arrest last week and taken to the police station in the Cincinnati suburb of Blue Ash. Police say there had been an ongoing dispute over the errant football and a child's father called to report that Jester kept the ball after it landed in her yard.Blue Ash Police Capt. James Schaffer says police warned Jester twice and finally arrested her after she refused to accept a citation. She must appear in mayor's court next month.
Jester said Monday she didn't have time to discuss the incident, saying she has received many phone calls about it.

I think it is verry stupid to arrest her for that. I would have done the same thing if kids kept6 playing around my yard an throwing balls in my yard. Its dumb to even report this.

The last debate was last night and with only a few weeks left until the election, the campaign is heating up. I had a bad weekend. I got cought skipping thursday so i didn't get to go home with my family this weekend. Also my roomate got her cell phone taken because we aint supose to have one and she got tonsilitis and the doctor said its contageous which means im probably going to get it. While looking at a cooking magazine yesterday, I saw the oddest Hershey's Kisses ever -- Candy Corn. The description says that these kisses combine the sweet taste of an old-time kid favorite and the smooth, creamy flavor of white chocolate. Have you ever tasted one before? I would hire my dad a real good lawyer so he can get out early. I would close all foster homes down. I would bye a house for my sister and a new car. I would get my little brother out of care an take care of him myself.

Gas is rediculous and everone seems to complain but no one is doing anything about the situation. there shoud be a bailout if its going to help.

I am going to use the military for school purposes. Before i would have never done it til i found out that the women don't fight. I want to use it to become a nurse so i will have a degree earliar and get twice the benefits.

I think it should be changed to 18 because people are going to do it anyway. That would decrease people getting arrested to. plus whats the big difference between 18 an 21 anyways.

I would resent it because i would hate to be followed all day long. I already have to get folowed as it is so i know how they feel.

I think it is amazeing the baby survivedI dont understan how a mother can just abandon her baby an leave it to die. I would never do that even if i didn't want to keep it because she could have put it up for adoption.

I didn't watch the mtv music awards when i was home because i live in a lame group home where we don't get those channels because we shouldn't see such "vulgurness" and its too inappropriate.

i like blogging because u get to share your outloks on things. I think the topics could be more intersting that way we get involved more. Overall its fun it gives us a chance to look at things through our eyes.

what happened on my long break

When school was cancelled i was happy because i got to sleep in late plus i hate this school. I got to go shopping an started a new book called "So you Call Yourself a Man." I got to run the track near my house but i do that everyday whether schools in or not.

What are your concerns with weather?

I'm not concerned with the weather because my family is in the Savannah area. I don't really think its going to be as serious as everyone thinks, plus Georgia don't really get effected by weather we just get all the rain and if you ask me we need it!
